Chilled Pea Salad

Chilled Pea Salad Recipe by Home Style Austin
This family favorite is guaranteed to make fast foodie friends to those who serve it (trust me).

Longtime friends “mayo” and mustard have invited their newbie friend Mr. Bacon to the sweet pea party. The result? A sweet n’ savory taste that’s perfect for summery get-togethers or holiday feasts.


29 Ounce Can  |  Sweet Peas, Drained
3  |  Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
1/4 Cup  |  Red Onion, Chopped
1/3 Cup  |  Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons  |  Jack Daniel’s Mustard
4-5  |  Bacon Slices, Crisp and Crumbled
To Taste  |  Salt
To Taste  |  Ground Pepper, Freshly Ground
To Garnish  |  Paprika
To Serve |  Iceberg Lettuce Cups (optional)

What To Do:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

2. Place in refrigerator for about an hour to chill. Serve right from the bowl or transfer spoonfuls of the salad to lettuce cups to create individual servings.
